  • I have posted a vintage doll for sale

    This project wasn’t my idea, btw. I agreed on a whim to go the thrift store. And this one of the dolls I had picked up. I decided not to make any extreme alterations to it, because it is made of porcelain. The doll is also vintage. The brand is unknown.

    Her hair was cleaned up, and brushed and braided into a bun. I used a mini steamer to briefly clean up her clothes. I wiped down any dust. And then, I fixed her right hand with polymer clay.

    She hasn’t received a lot of clicks on Facebook marketplace. So I have her cross-posted to depop, @

  • Prices lowered on current depop listings

    You must be asking, “Why don’t you post more listings in each shop?”

    I don’t post more listings, in order to prevent active inventory from going missing. If I post every single thing that needs to go out, and then the neatfreak in my household suddenly moves things around- then I guarantee something will go missing. I have stories on that.

    So, I prefer to keep track of what is already posted, to ensure it leaves my house with YOUR shipping label affixed to the box.

  • Inventory on PangoBooks

    I adjusted a few prices on pangobooks for now. I have a science author listed in the shop, who is featured on the same space documentaries as Niel DeGrasse Tyson. I have a 90s edition of decluttering. I have a book about workplace communication. And I have very light-weight-feeling spiritual books in my shop, that are great for anyone who want to reflect on their lives and feel the same relief that I got. These books feel like a reflection of what I value, instead of what random people would value.

  • Curiosity for new things, gives me direction.

    What gives you direction in life?

    Maybe a lot of you can relate here. It doesn’t look like there is a middle ground between crafting DIY and hardware DIY. At least not here in my universe. I have assisted in building a chicken coop, and helping to take it down in the same year.

    I went from that, to beginning to learn crochet. I have my first woobles kit downstairs, and I started it while asking for some pointers from a relative. I have always loved to collect plushies as a kid, so I look forward to sharing that kind of TLC with the world when I finish every woobles kit. 😊

    I am trying to figure out a DIY product that comes from an entirely new skill in my brain, that everyone would want. I have at least one STEM kit from Amazon, that will somehow help me learn the basics of how electricity works. Yeah, Im late to the party on scientific engineering. I hated math when I was growing up. I was the paragraph-writer instead. Im trying to not argue for that small limitation.

  • I lowered some prices in one of my shops…….

    I don’t mind selling at full price. But I do have other products I need to keep track of. There’s creations to be made, but I need to make room for those by making current inventory go out the door.

    This unicorn is on sale. And she is fabulous. This screenshot shows her best angle, honestly. She’s made of jasper. I bought her from equus couture on Instagram almost 6 years ago. I used to hang out with horses as a volunteer, so I was inspired at the time.

  • I posted more items for sale on Depop

    You don’t know how long it took me to realize I can give up my stingray sculpture handmade by Critter Creatives. I have had that little thing for 5 years! I am eventually going to post clothes on Depop, but for now, I also have a jasper unicorn, a coral brontasaurus, and a faux leather purse for sale.
